ORGONE
ORGONE is an immersive installation based on the scientific and cultural legacy of the controversial psychoanalyst Wilhelm Reich. Taking the form of a modified “Orgone Accumulator,” the piece invites participants to engage with the unstable boundaries between history, cognition, the body, and their own passive reproduction and reification of structures of power and control.
ORGONE will be part of the 2025 MFA Computer Arts Thesis Exhibition, which brings together thesis projects from SVA MFA Computer Arts graduating students. The exhibition will be on view from June 3rd through June 17th, 2026 at the SVA Chelsea Gallery, 601 West 26th Street, 15th floor, in New York City.
